Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment Coordination
Once a general contractor has been selected and signed, it is time to arrange, organize, and schedule all deliveries of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment that will be installed in your new store. REPM will work alongside your FF&E vendors to maintain a consistent delivery schedule that is perfectly in line with the project schedule created by your contractor.
We make sure that delays are not caused by your contractor waiting on a delivery of an important material or piece of equipment. In the event that a delivery cannot arrive on time, we will work with your contractor to re-arrange the project schedule to accommodate for any discrepancies while keeping progress moving in the right direction.
